Firms looking to undertake sustainability initiatives in the workplace, (initially in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty regions), are invited to contact the Sustainable Business Company which has recently arranged a licence with Sustainable Living Programme. They specialise in the delivery of sustainable solutions for business and through their workshops can deliver some of the Sustainable Living material in a business context, providing your business with simple information and tools with which to begin both the company and the staff's sustainability journeys.

Sustainable Living Programme (formerly titled 'Sustainable Households') has been developed by a growing partnership of local councils across New Zealand, with helpful funding assistance in 2001-2004 (SMF) and in 2007-8 (contract) from the NZ Ministry for the Environment.. The Ministry encourage use but are not responsible for this site's content, which has continued to develop since 2005.
